Terms & Conditions (EN)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on the MOOGWAI ATTITUDE store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Order Cancellation (Before Production)

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started.To request a cancellation, please contact us at spoofle@moogwai-attitude.com.
After this period, the item enters production and can no longer be cancelled.

Custom Products

All our t-shirts are printed on demand based on your selected design and size and are therefore considered custom-made products.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and equivalent international regulations, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Quality Guarantee (30 Days)

If your item is defective, damaged, or if an error has occurred on our part, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us at spoofle@moogwai-attitude.com and provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and the defect

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the store are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, depending on your location and the store’s tax configuration.

Shipping costs are displayed before final order confirmation.

Orders & Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
MOOGWAI ATTITUDE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of dispute, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

Production & Delivery Times

Delivery times consist of two stages:

Production: Printing and preparation of your order (time may vary depending on the product and activity level).

Shipping: Delivery handled by COLISSIMO (time varies depending on destination).

All delivery times provided are estimates. Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, customs procedures, or other external factors.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent by email after shipment.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information (name, address, postal code, email).

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, the package may be returned or lost, and reshipping fees may apply.

Defective Product / Production Error

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos

After review, we will offer a replacement or reprint where applicable.

Size & Fit

A size guide is available on each product page.

We recommend comparing measurements with a similar garment you already own.

Returns due to incorrect size selection are not guaranteed for print-on-demand products.

Lost Package / Delay / Carrier Issues

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us promptly. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

MOOGWAI ATTITUDE and its production partner cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
