Refund policy

Custom Products:
All our t-shirts are printed on demand based on your selected design and size. As such, they are considered custom-made products.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and equivalent international regulations, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Please ensure that all product details (size, design, color) are carefully reviewed before placing your order, as changes cannot be made after production begins.

As a result, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, except in the cases outlined below.

Quality Guarantee (30 Days):
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if an error has occurred on our part, you may request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
